Refund Policy
Refund rules for verified page plans, delivered verification outcomes, and billing disputes.
Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Refund requests can be submitted to Paddle via your account dashboard or at support@paddle.com.
This policy defines AdsChecks' approach to refund eligibility. Final refund processing is handled by Paddle in accordance with their merchant policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
EU right of withdrawal
EU consumers have 14 days from purchase to cancel for any reason under Directive 2011/83/EU. If you explicitly request that verification services begin immediately during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that:
- You waive the right to cancel once checks commence
- You are liable for completed verified pages on a pro-rata basis

General rule
AdsChecks is an evidence service. Verification outcomes and evidence artifacts form part of the delivered result.
Completed verified pages
Completed verified pages are not refundable, including results with statuses OK, SLOT_EMPTY, CHALLENGE_DETECTED, and BLOCKED.
CHALLENGE_DETECTED and BLOCKED are valid verification outcomes, not platform errors. If the page load completed and the result package was produced, the job is treated as delivered.
Non-use and unused capacity
Unused monthly capacity, unused access time, or a decision not to run checks does not create a right to refund.
Pre-purchase discussions, access review, or onboarding coordination do not create a refund entitlement.
Billing starts only after a paid plan or other commercial terms are confirmed.
Duplicate purchases and billing mistakes
If you believe you were charged twice in error or billed incorrectly, contact contact@adschecks.com promptly with the billing reference and any relevant account details.
Duplicate or clearly accidental charges may be reviewed individually and, where confirmed, may be corrected or refunded.
Dispute review basis
For commercial or billing disputes, AdsChecks reviews the following evidence package references:
- run ID
- verification status
- artifacts such as screenshots and JSON metadata
- timestamp
- check context including GEO and device
