Data handling
Privacy Policy
How AdsChecks handles contact, setup, support, and billing-related personal data.
Controller
AdsChecks is operated by Taras Hovorukha in Ukraine. Responsible contact: contact@adschecks.com.
Data we collect
We may collect your email address, company information, role, inquiry details, and other information you choose to submit through the website.
How we use data
We use your data to manage setup requests, respond to inquiries, provide commercial communication related to the requested service, support account or billing setup, and maintain the security and reliability of the website.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): Processing for service delivery and billing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) — necessary for the performance of a contract. Processing for website security and fraud prevention is based on Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests. Where required, we rely on consent under Art. 6(1)(a).
Processors and controllers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (processor). Hosting and CDN are provided by Cloudflare Pages (processor).
Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as a separate data controller for payment-related personal data — including name, email, billing address, and payment method. AdsChecks does not store or process payment card details. Paddle's privacy policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Cross-border transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards provided by these processors.
Retention
We retain setup-request data only for as long as necessary to manage onboarding, support, and service evaluation or until you request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above.
Data breach procedure
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with GDPR Art. 33.
